Blow-drying machine refers to a machine that blows bottles. In simple terms, it is a machine that can blow plastic particles (softened into liquid) or finished bottle embryos into bottles through certain process methods. Blow-drying machine is convenient and fast, with a large molding volume. After its appearance, it replaced most manual bottle blowing and was adopted by most beverage companies.

After the blow molding machine sprays out the liquid plastic, it uses the wind force blown out by the machine to blow the plastic body to a certain shape of the mold cavity to make the product. The plastic is melted and quantitatively extruded in the screw extruder, then formed through the mouth film, and then cooled by the wind ring, and then pulled by a traction machine at a certain speed, and the winder winds it into a roll.

2. Different principles

The bottle blowing machine irradiates the preform (embryo) through infrared high-temperature lamps to heat and soften the body of the preform (embryo). In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the mouth of the preform (embryo) does not need to be heated, so a certain cooling device is required to cool it. The bottle blowing molding stage is to place the preheated preform (embryo) into the prepared blow mold, inflate it with high pressure, and blow the preform (embryo) into the required bottle.

The bottle blowing machines on the market are generally divided into two types: fully automatic and semi-automatic. The fully automatic bottle blowing machine combines the two operations of bottle blowing through the operation of the robot, eliminating the process of manually putting the preheated bottle blank (embryo) into the blow mold. It greatly speeds up the production rate, and of course the price is higher than the semi-automatic one.

The automatic air ring structure of the blow molding machine adopts a double air outlet method, in which the air volume of the lower air outlet is kept constant, and the circumference of the upper air outlet is divided into several air ducts. Each air duct is composed of a wind chamber, a valve, a motor, etc. The motor drives the valve to adjust the opening of the air duct and control the air volume of each air duct. During the control process, the thickness probe detects the film thickness signal and transmits it to the computer. The computer compares the thickness signal with the currently set average thickness, calculates according to the thickness deviation and the curve change trend, and controls the motor to drive the valve to move. When the film is thin, the motor moves forward and the air outlet is closed. On the contrary, the motor moves in the opposite direction and the air outlet is large. By changing the air volume at each point on the circumference of the air ring and adjusting the cooling speed at each point, the lateral thickness deviation of the film can be controlled within the target range.
