1 Before starting the machine every day, add lubricating oil to each moving part.
2 The swing arm can be refilled every 3-4 days. The large and small chains of the heating machine can be refilled once a month. Check the reducer of the main engine and the heating machine frequently to see if they are short of oil. The main engine bearing can be refilled once every 3 months.
3 Before production, check whether all moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose or falling off, especially where the impact force is strong, and whether the belt drive part is abnormal.
4 When starting the machine, start the motor first, and delay starting the heating machine for 30 seconds to prevent voltage fluctuations. Before starting the heating, make sure the cooling water is turned on.
5 Check whether the emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches are normal.
6 Check whether the heating head is feeding the embryo and the embryo removal part is working normally. If the embryo is not inserted in place, adjust the nut of the embryo pressing device.
7 Check if the lamp is damaged or broken and replace it in time.
8 Check whether each pneumatic component is leaking and whether the movement is sensitive.
9 Check whether the triplex has abnormal leakage, whether it is blocked, and whether the water cup is too full.
10. When the solenoid valve of the automatic bottle blowing machine encounters any abnormality, it should be cleaned in time, and cleaned once every 50,000 bottles are blown.
11 Clean and polish the bottle blowing mold regularly.
12 Turn on the high and low pressure gas source switches slowly to prevent the gas source from flowing too fast and blowing dirt into the solenoid valve. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure clean air.
13 When starting the fully automatic bottle blowing machine, make sure that the mechanical parts are in good condition, no one is inside the machine, and no foreign objects are present. Especially the crank position to avoid injury. At the same time, close the safety door.
14 Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power source and water source are normal.
15 After 2-3 minutes of heating, wait until the oven temperature rises evenly, and then press the embryo button. At the same time, the bottle blowing power must also be turned on, otherwise the bottle will not be blown.
