12. When turning on the high and low pressure air source switches, move slowly to prevent the air source flow rate from blowing dirt into the solenoid valve too fast. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure clean air.
13. When starting the bottle blowing machine, make sure that the mechanical parts are in good condition and there are no foreign objects. Especially the moving position to avoid hurting people. At the same time, close the safety door.
14. When starting the machine, start the heating machine first to prevent voltage fluctuations. Before starting the heating, make sure that the cooling water is turned on.
15. After the heating starts for (2-3) minutes, wait for the oven temperature to rise evenly before putting the preforms in.
16. During the operation of the machine, the bottle blower should pay attention to safety when placing the preforms and taking the bottles. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the mold.
17. In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop button to brake urgently. Then analyze the cause of the formation according to the on-site situation and find a quick solution to the problem.
18. Pay close attention to whether the machine has abnormal noise when it is running, so as to detect it early, stop the machine in time and solve it early.
19. After the machine is running normally, do not put any part of your body into the machine to avoid injury from the robot. If the machine has abnormal noise and slows down, observe it.
20. After the machine is in normal production, the operator must always observe the quality of the bottle to avoid voltage fluctuations or other reasons affecting the quality of bottle blowing.
21. When repairing the machine, you can press the fault repair button on the touch screen to ensure safe repair. If you need to manually observe the action of each individual mold cavity, please pay attention to the position of the robot arm. At the same time, you must be clear about the function of the individual button before you act to ensure that the erroneous action does not cause unnecessary trouble.
22. After each maintenance of the machine, be sure to clean up tools, screws and other things to avoid leaving them in the machine, affecting the normal operation of the machine and avoiding accidents.
