Q3000 automatic beverage bottle blowing machine is used for the production of PET water bottles, hot-fill bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, and pesticide bottles. The blowing machine has a fast stretching speed and accurate positioning. The blowing machine adopts an advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance and automatic conveyor to deliver the preforms. It uses far-infrared lamps for heating, which have strong penetration, self-rotation heating, uniform heating, fast and reliable. The width and height of the lamp reflector in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms of different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel.
