Infrared lamps are used for heating, which have strong penetrating power. The preforms are heated by self-rotation and orbital revolving, so the heating is uniform, fast and reliable. The width and height of the lamps and reflective plates in the heating area can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms with different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel.

The linear bottle blowing machine adopts advanced microcomputer PLC control system with stable performance. There are two operating methods: manual and fully automatic.
