Conventional small-capacity beverage bottles are divided into  : YCQ series, Q series, K series, H series, semi-automatic series

The YCQ series blow molding machine is a pneumatic model independently developed by Eceng, which has the characteristics of extremely high cost performance, simple operation and easy maintenance.
The Q series blow molding machine is a high-cost full-servo model created on the basis of the YCQ series blow molding equipment through structural optimization and innovation of blow molding technology. The Q series blow molding machine can blow different capacities such as 100ml-2000ml, and is suitable for blowing carbonated beverage bottle, mineral water bottle, pesticide bottle, cosmetic bottles, high-temperature resistant bottles and other packaging containers of any shape made of crystalline plastics such as PET and PP. The
K series blow molding machine is a high-end ultra-high-speed blow molding machine created by Eceng, with high degree of automation, low energy consumption, low noise, small footprint, high production efficiency, and few movements. The whole machine adopts servo-driven mold clamping, high-pressure clamping, bottom mold and opening and closing mold linkage, and is equipped with pneumatic booster plates on both sides to improve the efficiency and stability of blowing. The
H series model has a maximum blowing capacity of 2.0 liters. The H series machine has no automatic conveyor to transport the preform (tube preform), and can only be inserted by hand. Advantages: It reduces the production cost of the machine to the greatest extent; it has a lower scrap rate than semi-automatic bottle blowing machines, has a fast production speed, stable performance, and is extremely easy to operate.
The semi-automatic bottle blowing machine uses a double-axis crank arm clamping mold, which is stable, fast to use, and uses a far-infrared rotary oven for uniform heating. The gas system is divided into two parts: action and blowing, to meet the needs of action and bottle blowing without air pressure, and can provide stable high pressure to blow large-volume bottles of different sexes. It is small in size, low in investment, and can be operated by one person.
