The YCQ series bottle blowing machine is a pneumatic model independently developed by Eceng, which has the characteristics of extremely high cost performance, simple operation and easy maintenance.
Q-5L and K-5L series are linear automatic blow molding machines developed for 5L bottles. Ziqiang adopts a special preheating system and servo drive system, which saves more than 50% energy compared with similar models of other manufacturers. It is widely used in PET bottles such as edible oil and water, with a capacity range of 3-5.5 liters.
K series blow molding machine is a high-end ultra-high-speed blow molding machine built by Eceng, with high automation, low energy consumption, low noise, small footprint, high production efficiency, and few movements. KB is a linear automatic blow molding machine developed for large-capacity bottles. Eceng adopts a special heating system and servo drive system, which has fewer movements, low failure rate, and more than 50% energy saving compared with similar models of other manufacturers. It is widely used in PET bottles such as edible oil and water, with a capacity of 20 liters.
J series wide-mouth automatic blow molding machine is specially used for blowing wide-mouth bottle below 5L with a bottle mouth diameter of 38-100mm. This wide-mouth blow molding machine has the advantages of low blow molding scrap rate, fast production speed, stable performance, and extremely simple operation.
The maximum blow molding capacity of the H series machine is 2.0 liters. The H series machine does not have an automatic conveyor to transport the preforms (tubes), and the preforms can only be inserted manually.
